Crystal wand, turquoise and crystal bracelet
I have used a crystal wand and set it in silver, it has two strands of crystal and turquoise beads with gold plated wire. I had set lots of crystal wands and odd stones I had ‘laying around’ anddecided to make them all up into necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
It was great fun but now I am back to finishing my new collection which I should have finished a month ago!!. To buy this piece check my website.

This necklace is big and beautiful! The brass is all handcut and the turquoise and emeralds are chip beads, mixed in with them are freshwater pearls and handcut brass flowers. Years ago I had a agent, she got me selling in Harrods and Fortum and Mason and loads more places. But one of the best things she did for me was to get me to concentrate on doing a range. Unfortunately after having two kids I lost contact with her and she no longer is an agent and I cannot for the life of me ‘ just do a range’. The trouble is lots of extra designs sneak in, this necklace is one of them!

This bracelet is from my Flower Power range, the flowers are hand-cut from brass, the emeralds are chip beads as are the turquoise. Mixed with pearls the colours look beautiful. I was a bit of a hippy/punk in my youth and collected Indian Jewellery and African Jewellery which I acquired on a trip there. When I was at Art College I collected crystal animal/insect brooches from the local market and second hand shops. I had spiders, lizards, horses, fish, birds and lots more. Unfortunately I lost them all when I moved but I still have my other collections.
